I Asked My Host They Said

Apart from .exe and .dll no rights are blocked for anything..so no issue from our side

I didn't say anything about FTP Upload permissions. Check the Write permissions to the folders/files

The same problem is faced by me too. Server is updated with SteamCMD. Permission is granted for all group, user to 777 on my Linux box.

I created a blank Custom.hpk with content HPAK File(Found from googling). Then console print changed to 'Wrong version of Custom.hpk'.

Any suggestions other than changing file / folder permission would be appreciated.

write permission is there
