I wanted to import a ban but I get this error:

I contacted my GSP and here is the answer:

Hello, For security reasons access to the file / tmp / is not allowed on the web server. You must specify another temporary folder in your php script. This temporary folder must be located in your web hosting. Sincerely,

how do to modify the path of temporary path to make it go in the SourceBans folder?


edit : I wanted to say that when importing (Banned), encoding nicknames were incorrect on the web panel.

My GSP authorize the temp folder, I emptied the cache SourceBans and my browser but the error still persists....

I tested on a virtual machine (Debian Wheezy) and this problem does not occur.

Do you have a suggestion to send to my GSP?
