But mce_start that you listed isnt in the config or i cant see it. I can see

mce_start_percent "35.0"
mce_start_percent_enable "0"
mce_startfrags "5.0"
mce_startround "0.0" (changes as per you help)
mce_starttime "10.0"

Is there any thing else that i would need to change to make the vote appear at the end of the last round?

At the moment the map vote dosn't always happen.It happens if the map goes to the very end map ie.

Could it be that this plugin is corrupted at the moment? If I use rtv or other stuff, nothing happens.
Is this a bug?

Whoops, I mean mce_starttime, not mce_start. I forgot when I renamed it I made it more explicit as to what it was for.

Not to my knowledge, but for rtv you need either the rockthevote or rockthevote-extended plugin also installed.

I installed everything correctly im using this since version 1.7 (or something like this) and rtv_extended is installed.

No there are no errors. It doesnt work with rtv_extended, with the SM RTV it works perfectly.
The only change in rtv_extended is that you can force RTV (and some other nice things).

Vanilla RTV = works
Extended RTV = When the vote should start nothing happens

Are you compiling this yourself or using the version posted in this thread?

I'm asking because I'm wondering if something is going on with colors.inc, which is required to compile RTV Extended.

I tried both, recompiling with colors.inc and version posted in the first thread, makes no difference.
Also I tested it in CSGO, CSS and TF2 for all the same (On Windows and Linux if this makes a difference)

The other major thing I can see (that should toss an error on you if it's missing) is that rtv_extended loads addons/sourcemod/translations/basevotes.phrases.txt

For that matter, is the plugin showing up in the sm plugins list ?
