You can not put variables in advert.txt You have colored msgs on your server! upper left appears somthing like "Headshot by blabla" if i gonna die by a headshot, that is not created by mani, im sure.
Vacbeta will not run! i started up my server with -vacbeta
It works for 7 sec. afterwards this appers in the console

you need to use matties event scripts, and have round_end.cfg setup with:

sv_secure 1

in it, and when used with FireDeamon Pro it keeps it on constantly

Is there anyway to get this working on a rented server.

I have tried it, and I think if you catch it exactly right it does show secure, but I guess the server is not launched with tht switch, so it just goes off

just put it in ur round start we dont have control of our root level directory either....but its better then nothing

Or ask your sp to put it in there we asked ours kindly and they said "NO" hehe

Mani's version 1.1.0G has coloured messages as you mention. Although it's not on the main site for download yet, it is available (and has been for a week or so) if youhunt around mani's site.

It is due for official release any day now though.

I have tried everything to activate vac2beta but it doesn't work.
Always comes the message that the connection could not established to the steam servers.

VAC secure mode disabled.

Another question. If i reserve slots for admins with manis plugin and set the option fill_reserved_slots to 1 then mani fill this reservedslots with player and kick them after it. Mani should only kick if admins joining the game!

If there is a message like this:

Could not establish connection to Steam servers. 
VAC secure mode disabled.

Then your server couldn't connect to the Steam server for enabling VAC². You must stop your server and restart it. Then after some try's he should connect to the servers and enable VAC².
