Greetings.

I needed a plugin that only allows players to talk for a limited amount of time after being killed. They could still talk between dead players but not to alive players, kind of like ESEA.

Since I couldn't find one, I decided to make it myself. However, I have no idea how to achieve this. Can I get some tips?
