Don't release an edit of an existing plugin. It's redundant. You should have posted in the original plugin thread if you wanted to share a specific version.
Also, looking at the code/post you are clearly a beginner, you should not release anything until you know fully what you're doing and you can support it.

You also need to put the frostnade he linked, otherwise the Point Mod will not work.
(The frostnade makes so you can use the Anti Frostnade function)
