Writing this for a friend.

He has installed SMAC core as described in the downlaod thread. He also added all the modules (antiflash/wallhack/aimbot/speedhack/antismoke....) and the download thread says when you install modules to delete the smac.cfg file after installing modules to allow new cvars to be generated. He is new to running a server but is saying after he has installed the modules and deleted the cfg after restarting the server the only modules that show now in the smac.cfg are

but where are all the other modules at to configure or is he doing something else wrong or do they not show up for some reason? Thanks.

Those are all the cvars that the entire system uses. Some plugins or modules don't require cvars so there's no need to edit them. Your friend is doing fine, just edit those settings.
