in the adminmenu_custom.txt, you should be able to set what level admin can view the different menus...

		"admin"		"sm_ban"

I would think you could change the "admin" level from "sm_ban" to something that only root admin has, and then that menu would only be available to those admins that have that admin privilege...

i get unknown command "sm_ad_enable"
when i turn on "Admins see all chat"

that's the wrong command for admin vision:

sm_adv_admin_vision 0..15 - Enable admin vision (for: 1 - admins, 2 - fake clients, 4 - all, when sv_alltalk 1, 8 - all)
