My server runs tanks playground, and for anyone unfamiliar, the map spawns tanks until a tank bot limit is hit. (A console message appears that CreateFakeClient returned NULL when it can't spawn any more). For me, this was 17 combined players and tanks.
I just moved my server over from windows dedicated to linux, and noticed that there is one less infected bot that can spawn for a completely unknown reason - now it stops spawning at 16. This made me curious that it is not actually some hardcoded engine limit, so I had a look around some other servers. One server I entered was spawning tank bots all the way up to 20.
I can't find any console commands that appear to change this limit, and was wondering how this can be controlled, does anyone know anything about this?
