yeah i noticed a few issues on the windows server before with our 8 player coop server that has all the survivors on the field at all times, and it was usually more on the L4D1 campaigns since the 2 survivors are duplicates of the 1 survivors with the 2 skins over them.

but that was a couple versions ago with the 3rd person check so i moved back to the one from the previous thread, but when i get a chance ill get the updated version and try it again.

Hi, the plugin works great in third person but for some reason in first person it loops the sound twice so im hearing two shotgun sounds at once. I had a steam mod that does something similar and thought it was that but when i turned it off completely i still have the same issue where i hear 2 shotgun sounds in first person

Did u download thirdpersonshoulder detect plugin? if it was over a week ago...its been updated with some bug fixes. The engine has an issue where the clients thirdpersonshoulder convar will come back incorrect so the plugin thinks your in thirdpersonshoulder when your actually not. Thirdpersonshoulder detect plugin corrects this in most situations.

I am using v 1.5.2, not sure if thats the latest version as i just download off the first page for these things. I tested it again and i still get overlapping sounds for the spas and auto shotgun in thirdperson. I even disabled the mod that bring spas and autoshotgun to work in third person

As it turns out just disabling the mod in the game actually doesnt turn the mod off unless i reboot the game. Since i rebooted the game i no longer get double overlapping sounds for the spas and auto shotgun. Kind of wish i can have that mod on when im on official servers as ill have to reboot the game if i want to jump on my server and not hear overlapping sounds

edit: is normal for the spas to cut its shot sound when reloading? other weapons are fine

Works well in the official campaign, but in the unofficial campaign after being rescued, there will be music overlapping error, only a few cases, I don't know what caused it
