I know you have a serverpicture in your signature, but that doesn't mean you don't use Non-Steam.

Well, he has clearly shown his server's top 15. If players in his server were non-Steam, the top 15 would be empty.

EDIT: Unless, of course, he has Steamed players in his server while non-Steam ones are not ranked.
