Can't install the server

Hello, I have been trying to install a CS 1.6 server since yesterday, but the console only displays 'Update state (0x3) reconfiguring, progress: 0.00 (0 / 0)' and nothing more. It doesn't move at all. It's been two days now. Is there anything that can be done about it?

Are you sure you're using the correct command? Can you show us what command you're using? Counter-Strike 1.6 requires the extra command/step that is shown for "tfc" here (just in case you were not aware).

It no longer works at all, confirmed on my pc, my linux vm, another shared hosting vm too all same issues it's either 0x2 or 0x6 failed installation.
