When a group of players try and join a team at once, like during a map switch, the game may bug out and leave them stuck in an unassigned team. This is normally fixed by means of using the jointeam X command, the spectate command, or sometimes trying motd and going through the motd menu.

This mod solves this issue by detecting if a player is trying to join a team that would become unbalanced and forcing open their team selection window again.

Hell yeah, I would really want to test this out, but I haven't gotten any reports of that happening on my server before, and therefore I wouldn't even know if it worked. Great job!

The team selection can also disappear if you keep clicking a team fast enough that the game is blocking you from joining, does this plugin also cover that scenario?

I think so? I went in and between teams / spectate rapidly and never got stuck, assuming I am understanding your question right
