Not sure if you are the same dude that contacted me on Steam, but I told you to update your MySQL server.

EDIT: I pushed a fix. Download it manually or update ASteambot through ASteambotUpdater.

Have you read the installation part of the OP ?
It's the same as the Windows...

I honestly don't understand how I can make this clear.
Just download the updater and you will be alright.

The updater its an exe "ASteambotUpdater.exe" that downloads another exe "ASteambot.exe"

That is correct. And then you run that EXE with Mono on your Linux server.

I'll provide a sh script to install mono and run the updater.

It's done :

LINUX USERS :

Download the last version of ASteambot Updater (1.5.0) and extract it somewhere.
Now, navigate into the extracted folder.
Execute the following command : chmod +x LINUX_auto_start.sh
Execute the script : ./LINUX_auto_start.sh
Let the magic happen and be happy. That's it.
