I am noticing on my freak fortress server I get this spammed in chat a lot

[SM] Friendly Fire is disabled.

not sure if there is some exploit and someone is doing this or if it is some bug

I'm thinking it is an exploit someone is doing that was on the server, because I have 2 identical servers and it was just doing this on one
