Actually, I seem to have gotten that error too somehow, after a few rounds that didn't report that error.

PHP Code:
L 11/24/2013 09:17:02: [SMNative "TF2Items_SetAttribute" reportedCowardly refusing to add invalid attribute index "0" to an item.
L 11/24/2013 09:17:02: [SMDisplaying call stack trace for plugin "saxtonhale.smx":
L 11/24/2013 09:17:02: [SM]   [0]  Line 7535saxtonhale.sp::SpawnWeapon()
L 11/24/2013 09:17:02: [SM]   [1]  Line 3418saxtonhale.sp::MakeNoHale()
I'm using the latest tf2items. At least I think, gonna try updating again.

Edit: I guess TF2Items got updated within the past day or something ;o

Update fixed it just fine.

Just fix your configs if you're really afraid of upgrading, or deal with the errors
What about the Hale checking you keep saying isn't working? Is that resolved? I don't see the point of going to 1.08 when 1.07 is working fine for us for now. If you can maybe update your first post in the release thread to include known bugs, it might make things a bit clearer. Thanks.

1.06h should still work by all means; it just won't protect against TF2Item crashes.
