-make them read from a file instead of cvars (30+ cvars = yucky)

Well, i was thinking to replace cvars with cmds, cmds that could be placed in mapnames.cfg, but make a more advanced system with editing config files is hard for me.
Also, i think those 2 plugins can stay separates, but may be you can explain what would be advantages (except having only 1 config file).
Cmds would also allow to register only needed forwards.

They conflict with each others so any player can shoot thru walls when this plugin is enabled with nowalls.

That's weird if i disable this plugin so do No Walls work.
