Thanks a lot this works great, i just modified it to use ADMIN_LEVEL_G and to take off the powerup parts but thanks for this great plugin...

Im still confused about spawning and giving powerups.

So, can you please explain the entire command If i were to give some guy the kungfu powerup and also make an example of spawning it?

No, use stripper2 for stuff like that.
