I came here because I didn't see anything in the docs or config files explaining how to target all users that join a server.

I would like to allow everyone access to certain commands in the sm_admin menu.

Is this plausible? Would letting everyone make funvotes be a nightmare?

Feel free to /slap me and point me to an existing thread/wiki about this. I just found and installed sourcemod yesterday and am very impressed with all the features!!

Just don't specify any flags if you want everyone to have access to it.
