Frag_Saver 2.0

Description

/* This is my New Plugin. What this will do will save a players Frags "Kills"
On desconnect/Map Change/ Restart Server etc..... We all know that theres one
out there already made using MySql and needs to be configured, and for some
people dont know how to use mysql so i made my own using Viva Nvault.
all you have to do install it as any 3 part plugin and the plugin will do its
job.

NOTE : This will only save a players Frags "Kills" No DEATHS!/*

Also, can't you simply retrieve frags and deaths with csx ?
