Thanks Kost, excactly what I was looking for. A tiny further request: Please add a small message via chat to the one whose name was change, so he know what's going on.
Something like "Your are forced to use only this name" (if he connects with the defined nick and/or if he tries to change his name ingame) and "Your name has been changed and you are not allowed to change it!" (If he connected with an other name and his nick was changed)

This is handy. But is it possible to add a few things.

1. Possibly a CVAR to control how many names they can use.

2. A menu with the last x names they've used. x defined by above CVAR.

So they join, the menu pops up, asking Choose a Name.

Choose a Name:

1. Kensai
2. Kensai[nosound]

0. Exit

Exit would auto set their name to the most recent.
