I can't unban a player even after several attempts the ban always comes back past X rounds, I tried to use all the possible commands and none unban a player
I have no idea how to unban permanently

Commands i've tried:
rcon removeid
rcon removeip
rcon writeid
rcon writeip
sm plugins reload sbpp_main.smx

(banned_ip.cfg , banned_user.cfg isnt displaying anything as well)

None remove unban permanently..

If you're banning through sourcebans, banned_ip.cfg and banned_user.cfg will be empty.

Have you tried using sm_unban?
