how to control hlds server through a software ??
how can i control my friends server form my pc?
i know about teamviewer but i need other software which only do anything to hlds

buy control panel like TCadmin .
or apache - and php_exec ( start hlds.exe ) in console.mode

stop - exec .bat with taskkill /IM hlds.exe

i downloaded but
before i logged in and it was working but now
it is not working it says timeout
