VALVE_ID_LAN problem

Hi, I have original steamid. But when I join to my favourite server and write "status" to the console. It shows "VALVE_ID_LAN" instead of my steamid ?

Is the server setup for LAN only?

And the server is 100% Steam and doesn't allow Non-Steam users to join?

Server is not steam only. Play on steam only server to avoid this issue. This is due to use of some non steam (name omitted) plugin in that server and which is not supported here.

the source of the probleme is Dproto

akcaliberg, send me in PM the server's IP, will check what is wrong. But yes, looks like it's server with dproto or patched engine's library for non-steam usage.
