Is there a way to take off the cheat flag for pretty much every command but only for admins?

This is probably a somewhat noob question, but is there anything special that I have to do in order to use this in a local server? I seem to find that pretty much every plug-in that I have seems to not be working properly in a local server.

Any chance that you could also have it remove the Cheatflag from the following command:

sb_takecontrol

what does this command?

sb_takecontrol command will let you switch which character you are playing as.

So if I'm playing as Francis, I could type in:

sb_takecontrol zoey

and all of a sudden I'll be controlling Zoey.

Normally it only works with sv_cheats 1
but I'd like it to work with sv_cheats 0

Cheatflags cannot be stripped off the sb_ and director_ commands, at least not off the important ones
