Where you put the files depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
You can do two things, put this is a server cstrike folder and it will make everyone who joins that server download this model, which can used by heroes in the shero mod to replace an original gun model. Or you can put it in a client cstrike folder and the gun will just look that way for you on your computer.

And next time please use a pm.

heh nice i like rail gun. for me though i did the same thing as u (use it for pimp) and the V model dosn't work. infact the V model dosn't work on any of my heros.

EDIT: never mind i've been getting the V and P mixed up. but my 3rd person (P) models don't work.

Hey, since you are a great modeler, can you make a Wolverine Claws model, for 3rd person view? That would be really nice, and a great improvement to the Wolverine hero.

That's not really possible, seeing as how you don't hold the claws. You can put something in the one hand to hold, but putting claws on would require like a player model.
