I want to know how to change the title (example: "Senior Member") to (example: DaBoss)

Uhmm yes, I saw a lot of those examples. One of them here.
He has "CHOMP" instead of a regular title.

Admins can set that. It would be a terror if anyone will get a special title.
You've just registered this month, be with the community for a long time and/ or do something for the members and you might get a title too.
