Hello. I need some help . I have a server and i want to make Csstats not count deaths of the terrorists if they were killed by ct.
I have seen a new CSX EXtended which has option set_user_stats and when i put un server it crashes because of incompatibility with other modules.

I want someone who knows how to compile modules , to put if condition when csstats adds deaths to victim : if victim == CS_TEAM_T then return HANDLED or something like that and compile the module.
I want version 1.8.1.3746 to be compilled.

P.S. I tried. Downloaded Visual Studio, HL SDK, AMX SDK , compilled module and doesnt work . Gives errors. So i gave up. Please Help. I am searching this for months.

And i cant find cygwin-gcc-linux.tar.bz2 there is no such file on ftp link . Searched all internet and didnt found .

Thanks to arkshine for advices on alliedmods . Tried until it compiled and worked.
