Okay, here's what I did. (With c0ldfyr3's SprayMod, though this is probably not plugin specific, it's metamod I have next to no doubt)

meta list showed spraymod as id 03 so

meta unload 03

I then uploaded it's latest version, metamod wants to load the metaplugins on mapchange, and it does so without problem (the numbering system is screwwy here too)

SprayMod is then listed as 04 after the server changes maps

However, I can still load spraymod again
so it's actually
04 and 05

Then I meta unloaded 04 and crashed the server

On mapchange plugin reload: Improper id numbers (as mentioned in a previous post it seems to be the same problem as meta load and meta unload)

Ability to load an already loaded plugin after map change

Crash if either of the 2 plugins (that are the same) are unloaded.
