G3SG1 + SG550 to Scout

Hi, this is kinda like the Awp2Scout plugin made by [-3LH-]Geezus but instead its a Autosniper2Scout, b/c I don't really want to ban the sg550 and g3sg1 from my server......

I have not tested this at all but hey give it a whirl...and yes it is edited I just didn't change the name or cvar.

the sniper2scout code that was posted is rather solid, cept for one thing, in the weap_pickup part it calls directly to drop instead of check, took me a bit to figure out why changing the cvar on my server wasnt allowing me to get those guns on certian maps, changing the drop to check seemed to work for me
