Hi guys.
i am using this plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=30021
Now this plugin show color glow (5sec) and hud message (7sec) every new round. Can somebody edit code please, that color glow will be showed every round (5 sec - same as original) and hud message (4sec will be enough) will be displayed only first time when is somebody transfered to another team by team balancer plugin. I Dont want to spam this message every round, only one, when is somebody switched to new team.
