If you're using AMXX 1.8.2, set SELinux to permissive or disable it.
If you're using AMXX 1.8.3-dev, make sure you're using latest build, such compatibility issue should be fixed.

i m using AMXX 1.8.2 and i already set the SElinux to disabled.

Make sure it's really well disabled. To crash at startup, I'm aware only of context with CentOS + SELinux.

You can also try to load a game without metamod/amxx. Then if no crash, loading just metamod without amxx. If no crash, try enabling amxx then.

Not sure why people keep using CentOS when there is only trouble with it.

If u cant connect it,

Problem should be iptables config aka firewall. Blocking hlds port. So server only runs at localhost, not public.
