So, I wanted to make a new boss, but I wanted it to have different custom animations. Is there some sort of guide to doing this somewhere? And how would I make it so different custom animations appear when certain things happen? (When ability 1 is used, etc.)
Also, how do I make custom textures appear in HLMV? I can’t seem to get them to work.

At first, decide for yourself which program you want to use. Of these I know 3ds Max, Maya, Blender. Find out how to work in one of them.

There was a way I made that custom super jump animation for Bonk Girl with combo of Source Filmmaker and Blender. (and of course Crowbar) Now I would probably have alto make a full tutorial idea of that in the future as it is a lot to explain.
