Hi there i used to play cs 1.6 back in the day and owned a few servers one with hide and seek and blockmaker installed on it.
i have recently rented a server and found a blockmaker for csgo but I'm having trouble when i go to join the server it stays on 0% when its dling the models. please can any one help me set this up
will be greatly appreciated.

Just an update on this i can connect to my server now with the block maker but when i place a block its a big red box with black error on it

This is forum... if you have found plugin for your needs, good for you.
But asking help with that plugin, most of us do not know were you got it and would not bother find it or guess it (there could be 3 different block maker, new and old).
And you should ask help from plugin own topic.

As for the download issue, good that you fixed it, however still worth noting:
Typically servers offload their custom resources to an sv_downloadurl, to increase the speed.
Traditionally, downloading directly from the server will only happen at a few kB/s, regardless of the servers capabilities.
This means if you're downloading large files (such as model files, sound files, and especially map files) it will appear as if it's stuck, because it's going so slow.
By moving the content to sv_downloadurl on a web server somewhere, the speeds become unlimited. 😁👍

The error you're having sounds like you're missing files needed by the game to render properly.
Try reinstalling the addon, and then manually copying model files etc to your CS 1.6, and see if it works then.
