HeroHero, you need more than just MetaMod and L4DToolz.

- SuperVersus is a common method of getting 8 player co-op. This lets players take over bots.
- L4DToolz is required for SuperVersus to work. It will open slots for connections to become "players".
- Sourcemod is required for L4DToolz.
- Metamod is required for Sourcemod.

To check that MetaMod is installed do "meta list" in your server's console.
To check that SourceMod is installed do "sm plugins list" in your server's console. This will also show you if L4DToolz and SuperVersus are loaded.

From your post above it appears you are only trying to use 2 plugins.
