Hey there, I've created this plugin as I couldn't find anything. It's also possible to prevent it from displaying the message on the first team select, but it will be a little bit trickier. Tell me if you need it.

Seems not work tested. nothing showed up on halftime teamswitch

If memory serves, in CS:GO it is not possible to re-open the actual MOTD window, however it is possible to open a web-browser type window (see webshortcuts).

Also, this is detecting 'jointeam' not half time, which is apparently what nguyenbaodanh wants.
