I am looking for a plugin to be made that adds Custom2 flag to people who have my clan tag on.
I have paid 3 people for a plugin but it seems no one knows how to do it.

PLUGIN 1= Will NOT give flags if they have custom1 flag.
PLUGIN 2= Will ONLY give custom2 flag if they have CUSTOM1 flag.
PLUGIN 3= Will remove the custom1 flag and only allow custom2 flag to a person.

Some info:
I have a plugin it gives them custom1 flag if they sign up on the forums.
with custom1 flag they get some command access and 3x store credits every minute and advertisement turns off about forums.

GET CLAN ID FROM: CL_CLANID
(SCOREBOARD is used by ranks)
FORUM MEMBERS:
I want the plugin to add custom2 flag with custom1 flag IF they have the clan tag on.
NONE FORUM MEMBERS:
I want the plugin to give custom2 flag to people it have the clan tag on.
TIMER:
5 sec timer if they remove the clan tag remove CUSTOM2 flag only.
(If they have custom1 flag just remove custom2 from that if they only have custom2 flag remove it)
FAST LOADING FLAGS:
With this they get some commands and on map change and the flags don't load fast the other plugins don't load the stuff
===like player models on them.

in the end the plugin should give custom2 with or with out the player haven custom1 flag but it cant remove custom1 flag only custom2 flag.

NOTE: I have sent the plugin .sp of the FORUMS plugin to the coders to see if it don't add flags with other flags they wanted to make a new plugin. So i am not sure if the forum plugin has anything to do with the problems.
