(if this is the right forum, move it)
Basically I'm looking for someone to guide me through the process of making a metamod source plugin, currently I dont know shit about c++ and the likes, though iv done php and have some basic programming experience (that isnt c++ related).

Money may be involved, though dont expect too much.

Your question is way too vague. I doubt anyone will teach you c++, there are about a million tutorials and references for c++ on the interweb.

Follow those. Make some simple programs. Once you know how c++ works, try compiling the mms sample plugin. If you get compile errors, search on google or MSDN and figure out how to fix your problem.

Once you've got that working, you will have the knowledge required to ask specific questions regarding plugins, questions that will be more likely to be answered.
