Ok, I fixed EJI's weather plguin. The cool rain effect used to cause lots of lag, now it doesnt. I also fixed the craptastic little rain effect. Now, this plugin is the pwn. Soon, I will be making an actual weather mod, chew ont his till its done.

in this weather mod... will there be lightning like aztec? but actually hit the ground and make sparks

that would be SO cool lol, anways, fog would be cool aswell. you could even test it for the CS: Source BETA

anyways, i will provide my services as a tester for this weather mod

This plugin was superceeded so long ago its not funny.

Go to her new plugin TSX Mod Final.

Dl Timer16 and use that.
