Changing the banner can only be done by the client since it involves editing the registry

Changing the banner with plugin is possible, but it uses slow-hacking method, trust me, its possible, i have working method, i wont post it here, because with it dangerous stuff can be done

Not realy, you can still set up, that the player's become their old banner later

But i am not using Non Steam

I am using real steam i got a banner with a server banner :S

I dont really know why you guys from alliedmods always go crazy about people having non-steam HLDS's. They are much easier to set up then steam HLDS... roflmao. Why you wont support non-steam? Cuz you dont know if the guy has purchased steam??
