Server overload

Would having say like CSDM and UAIO as well as like some other small plugins effect the server or like overload it to reduce the reg and gameplay?

I ran CSDM and UAIO on the same server. Doesn't lag...

I have it and 0 problems. But it's important to have ram and a clean hard drive (defragment everyonce in a while)

Oh. What gameserver provided for a pub server that isnt too expensive (like nuclear fallout) would u guys say is the best?
