Is it at all possible to alter the servertick a bullet registers to?

edit: preferably on a per attacker different basis.

That made absolutely no sense, and whatever you are requesting probably isn't possible.

Comes down to this, there's a bug in the counterstrike source netcode that causes the server to register bullets to incorrect serverticks if the player is using cl_interpolate 0. (For reference: http://www.snipers-alley.com/cl_interpolate%200.zip )

Since Nemod also had some hitbox altering stuff (though quite different from what I'm asking), I'm asking; would it be possible to create a server plugin that compensates for this problem?

Thats not what I'm after, I made one myself with Trepje aswell, I'd much rather have a plugin that, instead of removing a feature, fixes the feature.
