PLUNG ( Takes pplz guns away and tells you there health )

Well this is my very frist plugin that actually does something to someone else so i hope you download...

I tested it and it works fine

there already are knife only plugins, whats the point of knowing enemy hp? Also does it open an MOTD window or somethin to show you or....?
