In my server when the players join they get a choke of 101

what can i do to stop this choke

all the pings are stable...and there is no mmtimer or fps booster running


please help if any1 has any solution

You need to increase sv_maxrate to a higher value.
If this doesn't help, your internet connection is too weak.

Try this then (remember this is just an example).

sv_maxrate 5000
sv_maxupdaterate 20

Increasing sv_maxrate is pointless - it's hard-limited to 20000. Higher values will be ignored. But you can use one trick:
sv_minrate 50000
sv_maxupdaterate 101

and you're good to go.
