FlaminSarge was noting that SendProxy isn't needed.
I'll release an update soon.

Edit:

Updated to 1.3

Changes:
> No longer requires SendProxy
> Fixed third person bugs
> Added sm_ghosty command

Now just to set bone models for hat

Removing all weapons except for the wrench will still remove Engineer slots 3, 4, and 5... AKA build tool, destroy tool, and (most importantly?) the builder object itself.

Oh right... it's exploding because of Valve's "fix" to being able to create level 3 mini-sentries (explode all Engy buildings when you change wrenches).

dunno if this applies here, but instead of setting solidity, you can set m_vecSpecifiedSurroundingMins and m_vecSpecifiedSurroundingMaxs to 0.0's to remove their hitbox. If you use debris-trigger collide they could still open doors if you want that, or put them in debris if not. Nobody can target them and they can't really do anything, or block, or interact with the game in any way.

Would be nice if !ghosty spawned you as a ghost/put you into normal spectate as soon as you typed it. That way you could switch between the two modes during the same round if you wished.

Would it be possible to make this only work during humiliation? I think it'd be amusing for people who get killed to get their revenge as a ghost.

I'll be adding a config menu so you can designate if you want to become a ghost however I wont be adding support for this as it would involve too many respawn timers.
