so we are having an issue with lagbots which are fully automated TF2 clients that come onto servers and spam a command that lags said server, when someone tries to votekick them, they crash said server. initially they appeared in high traffic matchmaking servers, but now i hear they are going after community servers too. fortunately for us, it seems that the operators of the lagbots didn't bother to give them a proper steam profile.

at this time the plugin is untested.

So this works just by kicking everyone that has a private profile or just specific ones that have not yet set up their profile?

This will only work if an account is not fully set up, that's the only assumption this makes... Although this is good "enough", it is not a good solution as it does not resolve the core problem...

you can have a private profile, it just kicks people who have not setup their profile.
it uses system's HTTP GET to retrieve their profile as a string, then the string is processed, line by line, and if one of the lines contains the magic words, the client will be kicked
