Reply With Quote #1

Ok so I have setup my server and been running it for years now only to realize that i want to manually load certain plugins.. Is there a way to unload a plugin until i get read to use it. Or maybe i can create a config file that i can execute in the admin menu that will enable certain plugins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nah, not really. SourceMod just unloads it, but it's still in the plugins folder and will be loaded on the next map. The plugin posted above moves the plugin to the disabled folder.

Wouldn't that require downloading the cfg, editing it, reuploading it, and then changing the map?

Seems a bit more time consuming than a three word command that doesn't even use rcon.

lol whatchu said is only done once, same with the downloading and uploading of the plugin... srsly
and yea in the end u just end up with 1 extra plugin in ur list, when all can be done manually and with same complexity/no of steps

Wouldn't your suggestion require FTP or RCON access to the server? Wouldn't it also require tabbing out of the game window?

Running a single command repeatedly is not the same number of steps as downloading a cfg, editing that cfg, uploading that cfg, and restarting the map repeatedly.
