I have simply been looking for a plugin that's puts everyone else on blue team and wont let them switch (until I disable the plugin).

Or if anyone finds a plugin that sets me on team 0 so I can kill both teams that will work.

As for your second request, you could just go into Spectator...

You can't, but you could rejoin RED/BLU once you /slay @all.

There is a plugin called "be the marasmus" that puts you on team spectator as whatever class you and lets you kill both teams are I can do this with sv_cheats 1 but I run a idle server and there must be drops and wtf are you talking about "You can't, but you could rejoin RED/BLU once you /slay @all. You asked how to kill both teams without killing yourself. One solution is to put yourself into spectator so you can't be killed when you kill everybody, then re-assign yourself to a team. I gave you that solution.
