So I found out two bugs with the current version:

• Players who picked up cash on a dead player with $0 would still get money.
• If the dead player's cash is less than the amount set, the player who picked it up would still get the amount set in the cfg, instead of the "partial" amount the dead player has (eg. if cfg has set it to $1200, which is what I set in my server, but the dead player only has $1000, the player who picked up the cash would get $1200 instead of $1000)

Thanks to helpful comments in the plugin, I was able to study it a bit and addressed these issues (hopefully)

*NOTE*: You may need to get colors.inc or morecolors.inc for the colors and place them under /sourcemod/scripting/include, as I've changed the colors in the chat.
