Hey guys, recently reinstall my Debian 8 box and now my servers crash on map changes. All dependencies are there (i think) and the servers run fine until a map change and they segmentation fault and crash. Accelerator is pointing at libc-2.19.so but i'm not entirely sure where to go from there.

Looks like a permissions error.

Will try resetting permissions and see what happens, if it is I might actually cry.

Don‘t forget to change ownership of the serverfiles etc.

Have you edit pure_server_whitelist ??

Try add +sv_pure 0 in srcds launch parameter.
Or in autoexec.cfg, sv_pure 0

What happen ?

edit
You could try launch srcds withouth mods, just remove metamod.vdf file.

SV_Pure is set to 0 in launch parameter's and also specified as 0 on configs. Will see if chown'ing the directories again makes any difference if not i might backup and upgrade to Debian 9

You shouldn't upgrade to Debian 9 yet. Just a tip. Stay with Debian 8, and wait some more months. Upgrading isn't worth it atm.
